500g chocolate chips (any kind you fancy)
1 can of Caramel condensed milk
50g Wignalls Yallo Chilli oil
4 broken up meringues or assorted sweets or nuts
Put the chocolate chips, condensed milk and oil into a large microwavable bowl. Cook on half power for one minute – stir to combine. Cook for another minute on half power and stir. Repeat this process until the mix has had 5 minutes in the microwave in total. At the end of 5 minutes you should have a smooth glossy warm mix. Add the remaining ingredients (meringues or assorted sweets) and stir. Pour into a 9″ x 9″ tin and put in the fridge to chill for a few hours. Cut into squares and try not to eat all at once.
