Yallo Pizza Dough
INGREDIENTS FOR MULTIPURPOSE DOUGH
1 sachet Quick / fast yeast
300g plain flour
150ml warm water
75ml Wignalls Yallo oil
1 tea spoon sea salt
METHOD FOR MULTIPURPOSE DOUGH
In a large bowl combine the flour, salt and yeast. Make a well in the middle and pour in the oil and warm water.
With a silicon spatula bring all the flour in from the sides and mix well with the liquid.
Keep mixing until it all starts to come together, then with clean hands continue mixing and knead to get a smooth, not sticky dough.
Cover the bowl with a cloth and place in a warm part of the house until its doubled its volume.
Knead on a clean, flour dusted surface and using a flour dusted rolling pin stretch and flatten out.
Great for pizza base – top and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Bread Sticks (sprinkle with seeds, cut into strips and 200 degrees for 10 minutes).
Mini parcels – fill with your favourite fillings, fold into parcels and bake for approx. 20 mins at 175 degrees.
