400g tin chickpeas
2-3 cloves crushed garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
A good pinch of ground cumin and cayenne pepper
1 tbsp tahini
4 tbsp chosen infused Yallo cold pressed rapeseed oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Seeds and Basil to garnish
Place chickpeas in blender / mixer and pulse to chop roughly.
Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Check seasoning & add more lemon juice to adjust consistency if required.
Garnish with seeds and basil
